In this fast-paced, two-day in-person experience, you and your team take control of Paper Nation—a global pulp and paper manufacturer—and compete to lead the company through six simulated years of growth. You’ll run the business round by round making bold moves, reading the field, choosing your strategy, and adjusting your play in real time. Every decision changes the scoreboard. No screens. No virtual rooms. Just live, hands-on gameplay where leadership, strategy, and teamwork come to life.
The Challenge
You and your team become the Strategic Executive Team, working together to double Paper Nation’s revenue to $2B. Each round plays like a new “level.” You analyze clues (data), debate your best moves, place your bets (decisions), and see your results instantly on the scoreboard. Different teams start with the same information—but the game plays out differently for everyone.
